Freebird Connect provides a centralized SaaS platform that helps multi-unit restaurant organizations manage operational data, communications, tasks, forms, audits, reporting, knowledge management and business intelligence across distributed teams.
As the platform expanded, Creative Faze partnered with Freebird Connect across nine project milestones to simplify increasingly complex workflows, improve usability and create a more intuitive and scalable product experience.
As Freebird Connect introduced new functionality, user roles and operational capabilities, maintaining a simple and consistent experience became increasingly important.
Corporate teams, franchise operators, restaurant managers, vendors and frontline staff needed faster access to business-critical information while navigating complex workflows across multiple locations and devices. The platform also needed a scalable design framework that could support continued product development without creating an increasingly fragmented user experience.
