Shaq brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, operations and business solutions, with a process-driven mindset that shapes his approach to project delivery and consulting. Working across both client engagements and our internal operations, he has a natural ability to identify inefficiencies, simplify processes and find practical ways to make people, technology and workflows work better together.

Alongside managing complex digital and technology projects, Shaq works closely with our solution architects, project and technical teams to keep strategy and execution aligned. He also leads our Digital Strategy & Growth practice, bringing together digital channels, technology and performance insights to help clients strengthen their presence, improve how their marketing works and create more connected approaches to growth.
